Both Joe and his partner, Mike, were active in real estate transactions at Absolute Real Estate averaging between 50 to 70 transactions per year for several years. Joe has a high level of experience negotiating and successfully closing residential real estate transactions. Joe helped to start and build Absolute Property Management in Rio Rancho, NM. Absolute grew from 12 doors under management to nearly 300 doors in just a few years. Joe has a high level of knowledge and experience with virtually all aspects of residential property management. Prior to real estate, Joe had a successful career owning his own insurance agency in Pueblo Colorado for 10 years.
