Joe Villalva has been in the Real Estate and Property Management business since May of 2013. Both Joe and his partner, Mike, were active in real estate transactions at Absolute Real Estate averaging between 50 to 70 transactions per year for several years. Joe has a high level of experience negotiating and successfully closing residential real estate transactions. Joe helped to start and build Absolute Property Management in Rio Rancho, NM. Absolute grew from 12 doors under management to nearly 300 doors in just a few years. Joe has a high level of knowledge and experience with virtually all aspects of residential property management. Prior to real estate, Joe had a successful career owning his own insurance agency in Pueblo Colorado for 10 years.

Selling more than $4 Million in both of his first two years in Real Estate, Brandon is an Experienced REALTOR® serving Pueblo and surrounding areas. Brandon holds a bachelor of science degree from Colorado State University Pueblo. In the oil fields of New Mexico, Texas and North Dakota. Brandon was a Field Supervisor for Halliburton for 6 years. Brandon has experience with roofing as a driver and site supervisor for a local roofing supplier in Pueblo. In addition to his family of two children and two dogs, Brandon is very active in his community as a volunteer youth coach in youth sports.

Elle has been in the Real Estate and Property Management business since 2015. Elle graduated with a sociology degree from Colorado College, Colorado Springs. Elle was one of the early hires at Absolute Property Management. She has performed almost every role in the company including Maintenance Coordinator. For the past several years, Elle has been handling Rent Processing, Tenant Collections and invoice generation and payment. Elle works well with Owners and Tenants alike. Elle’s diverse experience ranges from large US banks to large US Corporations. In her early career years Elle worked as an Events Coordinator handling events ranging in size from 800 people and smaller.
